Upper Hutt Wheelie Bin Promotion

1. The promoter is Waste Management NZ Limited (NZ company number 1795427) of 318 East Tamaki Road, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013 (WMNZ).

2. The Upper Hutt Wheelie Bin Promotion (Promotion) commences at 1.00 am on 5 May 2025 and closes at 11.59 pm on 15 June 2025 (Promotion Period).

3. WMNZ is giving eligible customers in the Upper Hutt region (Participants) 20% off our standard price of a new General Waste Wheelie Bin service for the first year. (WMNZ will automatically apply the discount for the first 12 months, whereafter the pricing will return to standard pricing.)

4. To be eligible, Participants must book a new Eligible Residential Product/Service during the Promotion Period for a term of 12 months or more, via our website.

5. The Eligible Residential Products/Services include: General Waste Wheelie Bin services in sizes 80L, 140L or 240L. (Not all sizes and services are available in all areas.)

6. By accepting this Promotion, you agree to be bound by all these terms and conditions and WMNZ’s General Terms & Conditions (Terms) will apply to the Eligible Residential Product/Service, as modified only by the Promotion discount applicable under these Terms.

7. WMNZ’s decision in respect of any dispute or interpretation of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into with any Participant or third party. WMNZ reserves the right to change any aspect of this Promotion at any time without notice, prior to a Participant ordering an Eligible Residential Product.

8. All personal information collected will be held by WMNZ in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and WMNZ’s privacy policy. Under the Privacy Act 2020, Participants have the right to access and correct any such personal information. Participants may correct any of their details by sending an email to orders@wm.nz.

9. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
