Why are you stopping my service?

Due to unsustainable collection runs in your area, we will no longer be able to continue our general waste wheelie bin service. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes.

What if I have a garden waste wheelie bin service in one of these areas?

We will continue to collect your garden waste wheelie bin as per normal.

What if I am owed money?

We will ensure any remaining balance is credited to your account. If you experience any issues with regards your account credit, please complete this form.
