Can PRNZ recycle it? Yes. PRNZ accepts PVC pipe for recycling.

Why? PVC is widely used in plumbing, drainage and construction applications and can be recycled into new products.

How should I prepare it for recycling?

  • Remove rubber seals.
  • Remove metal attachments.
  • Remove tape and sealants where possible.
  • Keep PVC separate from other plastics.

What happens next? The PVC is shredded, processed and recycled into new construction products.

Top Tip - Mixed loads containing different plastic types can be difficult to recycle.
