New Plymouth Collections - Holiday Closures

Please note the following changes to collection services during the holiday period:

  • All public holidays are business as usual (BAU) for Residential Sideload, Commercial Front Load, and Commercial Rear Load services.
  • Skip and Hook services will not run on public holidays.
  • The office will be closed on statutory holidays but open on the days in between.

Tip: Plan ahead for these closures to avoid disruptions.
