Our Wheelie Bin service is perfect for general waste, recycling, and green waste, with standard bin sizes of 140L and 240L (region-dependent). We collect your waste and return the bin to the kerbside after pickup.
Ensure your bin is placed at the kerbside by 7 am on the scheduled collection day. Position it with the opening facing the street and the wheels towards your property. Avoid placing bins near obstructions like parked cars, trees, or street poles.
We aim to deliver your bin within 7 working days, depending on operational factors. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If you wish to cancel, we strive to remove the bin within 7 working days. Requests made during weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.
To ensure your bin is used effectively and safely, please follow these important guidelines:

Your bin will be emptied on the scheduled date or within three working days, unless otherwise communicated.
If your collection day is a holiday, we'll pick up your bin on the holiday itself or the next day. Please put your bin out by 7 am on the holiday.
We aim to notify you of any changes at least 48 hours in advance.
Extra collections may be available in some areas for an additional charge. These collections will not affect your regular scheduled service but may be subject to availability, especially during public holidays.
