DO - If access to your property is needed, ensure your driveway has a minimum clearance of 3 metres.

DON’T - Book a bin unless there is a safe, suitable, and compliant location for delivery.

DO - Before ordering, check that there's a clear, suitable spot for delivery—free from overhanging branches, power lines, or other obstructions.

DON’T - Ignore clearance requirements, which may prevent delivery or pickup.

DO - Keep bins where our team placed them, with enough space for safe access and lifting.

DON'T - Move bins under power lines, near scaffolding, or drag them to a new location.

DO - Keep your driveway clear if we need access to your property.

DON’T - Book a bin if delivery access is blocked or restricted.

DO - Comply with regulations or permits for placing bins on public property (e.g., berms or road sides). Check with your local council to avoid fines.

DON’T - Book delivery without obtaining necessary permits; this may delay service and result in fees.
