We understand it’s tempting to toss everything away, but for safety and recycling reasons, there are some materials we can’t collect.
Here’s a quick guide to help:
- Only place the accepted materials in the relevant bin according to the acceptance criteria outlined below.
- Ensure all waste is securely inside the bin, without overflowing. The wheelie bin/front load bin lid should close fully, and nothing should sit above the lip of the skip.
- Please don’t exceed the bin’s weight limits. We understand it can be tricky to gauge.
- Please place any signs and labels that we supply with or near the bin.
- Under no circumstances can we accept animal remains, liquids, or hazardous materials such as asbestos, acids, solvents, paints, or anything dangerous. This includes unwrapped broken glass, grease, cooking oil, or concrete. Please reach out to the Sales Specialist if you require the removal of hazardous.
- Please take care of your bin and keep it clean. Do not place hot embers or ash in the bin, as this may start a fire and is a serious safety risk for our drivers, operators, and the community.
