Delivery and Removal 

If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will process it on the next working day. We aim to deliver your bin within X working days, depending on operational factors. 

Should you need to cancel your service, we’ll make every effort to remove your bin within X working days. Requests made over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you informed via email or text.

Delivery and Removal 

Delivery and removal may occur at any time based on our bookings. We’ll do our best to deliver on your scheduled day or within two working days of that date. We are unable to provide cancellations, refunds, or discounts for late delivery. If your bin is overloaded, contains prohibited items, or there are any access issues, collection will be delayed until the issue is resolved. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you updated via email or text.
