Helping customers massively reduce B&C waste.
Our team recently helped Auckland-based Levela Deconstruction reduce their construction and demolition waste by a whooping 80 – 87%.
It was an outstanding effort led by our Territory Manager Sunny Jhawar, who was in regular touch with the team at Levela and carried out multiple site visits.
As a result, Sunny understood Levela’s sustainability goals and designed a suite of services to meet them.

This included supplying 15m3 Smart skips, which were an ideal size and meant better safety onsite with less truck movements required to empty the bins.
Levela opened a transfer station account and, to better understand the life-cycle of waste, toured Redvale Landfill & Energy Park – which inspired them even further on their sustainability journey.
Being a tech savvy new company, the team at Levela said they appreciated using the innovative GOBuild App, which allows for flexibility and efficiency onsite with easy online bookings. They equally valued the fast and knowledgeable communication from Sunny, who understands the need for immediacy in the construction industry.
Levela is now looking to use its waste minimisation success to secure large development projects.
Dylan Bull from Levela says:
“We pride ourselves in being a sustainable option in the demolition industry. Waste Management’s reporting services not only allow us to easily track data on what has been diverted from landfill, but holds ourselves accountable to ensure we reach our targets.
“The easy-to-use GoBuild app helps us spend less time on the phone ordering skips and more time on the job. If we ever have any questions both Sunny and Julie ALWAYS have the solution and provide us with great information.”
