We want to clarify a recent change affecting a small number of WM commercial recycling customers in Hawke’s Bay. From 20 February, the Napier Materials Recovery Facility stopped receiving mixed plastics recycling from some WM commercial customers due to operational and commercial changes at the facility.
This change does not affect council kerbside recycling collections in Napier, Hastings, or elsewhere in Hawke’s Bay. If you are a WM commercial customer and have questions about your service, please contact your account manager or our customer service team.
